When you visit the Site, you can browse without submitting any Personal Information about yourself.

PURCHASES
If you purchase any products or services from the Site, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you on our payment order form, including, but not limited to, full name, billing address, email address, and payment card information (including card number, expiration date, and verification code). We use PayPal.com, a third party payment processor, to assist in securely processing your personally identifiable payment information. The credit card information that you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to PayPal.com. We do not store your credit card information and do not control and are not responsible for PayPal.com or its collection or use of your information. If you choose to use PayPal to make purchases through the Site, you will be directed to the PayPal website and provide your payment information directly to PayPal.
COOKIES
We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies to track the activity on our Site. We do use Mail Chimp for our email lists. Please view Mail Chimp’s Cookie Statement here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/cookies/. This third party has access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and is obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
PIXELS / THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS
We do not use pixels or third-party analytics providers.
THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
We do not sell any of your Personal Information, nor do we share your Personal Information with any third party for its promotional purposes. We may share Personal Information with third parties who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, billing, data storage and security) related to our business operations, or by making certain interactive tools available to our Site users. Third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information shall be bound to uphold the same standards of security and confidentiality that we assert in this Privacy Policy, and they may only use your Personal Information to carry out their specific business obligations to us.
We currently use Mail Chimp for the following services: the collection (via sign-up forms), and storage, of personal data which allow us to create and use distribution lists, and the transfer of personal data to certain Mail Chimp sub-processors who perform critical services, such as helping Mail Chimp prevent abuse and provide customer support. The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. There is always a risk that information collected by and/or displayed on the Site may be compromised or accessed notwithstanding the steps we take to secure your information. For example, a third party may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or other users of the Site may abuse or misuse your Personal Information. Accordingly, you agree that you are providing such information at your own risk.
TESTIMONIALS
We may post client testimonials about experiences with purchases or free content from the Site, which may contain personally identifiable information such as your name and/or the city, state, or country in which you live. We will obtain your consent prior to posting any testimonial with your name. We may post testimonials without full name (initials only) unless otherwise directed by the client.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
