Adam Lloyd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy and security of your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information in relation to (the “Site”), including all media, documents, updates, and support services associated with the Site. By accessing or using the Site, including browsing the Site, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERM OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.

When you visit the Site, you can browse without submitting any Personal Information about yourself.

In order for you to access certain areas of the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information (“PII,” “Personal Data”) that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to:

We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site.

You may also provide your email address to us in order to receive our newsletter even if you do not make a purchase. Any non-administrative related email you receive from us will include an unsubscribe link at the bottom that will allow you to opt-out of receiving future emails.

We may use your Personal Information to fulfill your order, to send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services, to provide you with client support, to notify you about changes to the Site, to communicate with you, or to follow up with you after communication via email or phone. Sometimes we will send you administrative emails about such things as service changes or new policies.

We will retain your Personal Information indefinitely, or as long as legally required or allowed, or until you request us to delete it. We may dispose of any information at our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law. We do not undertake any retention obligations through this statement.

Under European Union (EU) data protection laws you have rights regarding your personal data, including but not limited to the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or transfer of data, and to object to processing, to portability of data and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent. We will export your account data at any time upon your request. We implement reasonable data protection measures to protect your Personal Information and privacy against loss or exposure both during transmission and after we receive it. For example, we encrypt the personal data you enter on our Site using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and any personally identifiable information collected by the Site is stored in operating environments that are not available to the public. While we have mechanisms in place to safeguard your personal information after we receive it, no transmission of data over the internet can be 100% secure. Please be advised there is no such thing as complete security, and we do not guarantee that there will be no unintended disclosures of your Personal Information. If you purchase any products or services from the Site, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you on our payment order form, including, but not limited to, full name, billing address, email address, and payment card information (including card number, expiration date, and verification code). We use, a third party payment processor, to assist in securely processing your personally identifiable payment information. The credit card information that you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to We do not store your credit card information and do not control and are not responsible for or its collection or use of your information. We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies to track the activity on our Site. We do use Mail Chimp for our email lists. Please view Mail Chimp’s Cookie Statement here: This third party has access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and is obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We do not use pixels or third-party analytics providers.

We do not sell any of your Personal Information, nor do we share your Personal Information with any third party for its promotional purposes. We may share Personal Information with third parties who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, billing, data storage and security) related to our business operations, or by making certain interactive tools available to our Site users. Third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information shall be bound to uphold the same standards of security and confidentiality that we assert in this Privacy Policy, and they may only use your Personal Information to carry out their specific business obligations to us.

We currently use Mail Chimp for the following services: the collection (via sign-up forms), and storage, of personal data which allow us to create and use distribution lists, and the transfer of personal data to certain Mail Chimp sub-processors who perform critical services, such as helping Mail Chimp prevent abuse and provide customer support. The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. There is always a risk that information collected by and/or displayed on the Site may be compromised or accessed notwithstanding the steps we take to secure your information. For example, a third party may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or other users of the Site may abuse or misuse your Personal Information. Accordingly, you agree that you are providing such information at your own risk.

We may post client testimonials about experiences with purchases or free content from the Site, which may contain personally identifiable information such as your name and/or the city, state, or country in which you live. We will obtain your consent prior to posting any testimonial with your name. We may post testimonials without full name (initials only) unless otherwise directed by the client.

Our Site may contain links to third party websites (“Linked Sites”) that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, including social media features such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, or Twitter buttons, you will be directed to that third party's site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any Linked Sites and Linked Sites may collect personally identifiable information from you that is not subject to our control. The data collection practices of Linked Sites will be governed by that site’s privacy policy. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
It is our policy to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), and California Law concerning privacy rights for minors. Therefore, we restrict the Site to persons 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use the Site. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child, you may, in compliance with our Terms and Conditions policy listed in the Terms section of our Site, use our Site on behalf of such minor child. Any information you provide while using the Site on behalf of your minor child will be treated as Personal Information as otherwise provided herein.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy by updating it and posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, with the new terms taking effect on the date of posting.
